So, the database indexes are the method used to find something that's necessary
within few seconds by using this indexing this helps the developer or the
service to find something quickly. For example, think of a book if you want to
search some words or a sentence do you start search it from page 1 to 100? No,
so instead we try to use the index and find the relevant word that we need to
search and then go to the page and then locate it this type of locating and
indexing is called clustered index. So similar way we can locate the necessary
data from the database using the relevant index by using keys and references
that helps speed up queries in case of big scale projects almost in database
warehouse. So, to dig deeper, the database can be classified and saved using 3
methods such as Primary or clustered index, secondary/non clustered index,
Clustered Index. Also, it stores in b-tree method which is binary tree structure
composing it into several sub branches and categorize them into left and right.
And lastly the primary key that stores in the sorted order to fetch it easier.
And secondary using the candidate key.
