There would first be long term storage for the content, in a relational database
where each content is associated to a user. There would be an API layer over the
database, to allow individual content access to load a single video or image
into memory and display it. For a platform view that needed access to multiple
videos at once, then those videos would be loaded into a cache that can be
displayed upon page scroll. For managing the content, we would have a POST
request to a specific piece of content, after its been edited on the screen.
This would update the content in the long term stored database
