I am a senior leader with over 19 years of experience in data analytics, Product
Strategy and innovation.  I have published thought leadership articles on using
AI to Solve Energy Transition and Debt Reduction.  My past experience includes
successful product strategy and go to market strategy initiatives in Supply
Chain Risk.  I am passionate about innovation and have led two significant
projects, one in ESG Market Trend Forecasts and the other in ESG Supply Chain
Forecasts with a focus on leveraging AI / Machine Learning for sentiment
analysis and LLM's.
I have led several strategic cross divisional and cross departmental
initiatives, ensuring transparency, alignment and conflict resolution as well as
presentations to the executive leadership as needed.  I thrive when i learn and
love to coach and mentor people which i find equally rewarding.
I am familiar with various project management tools such as Azure Devops and
JIRA and have led teams through agile development and transformation across the
organization.
in my most recent role in Supply Chain Risk, i have worked on the Go to Market
Strategies, conducted market and user research and interacted with Commercial
and Marketing teams on discussing which clients to out reach for the new
platform being built.  I also interacted heavily with both the development and
data science teams in writing requirements for the platform and converting them
into user stories for agile implementation.  My massive spreadsheet on critical
minerals, aided the data science teams and economists in building models for
cost, supply and demand for critical mineral transparency for investors.

I'm a senior software engineer with over 15 years of experience designing
scalable, high performance systems across industries like defense, medical,
travel and AI security. Most recently, in Vision Intelligence, I have led the
development of an Advance Intrustion Detection system that utilized C++, Python,
FFPMEG, and OpenCV. It also involved technology such as OpenVINO to optimize
inferencing for real time detection and Docker for cross platform deployment.

During the development, we have faced many challenges. For example, when we
first rolled out the system, we got users complaining about missing detection.
After investigation, 95% of the time is user did not setup the camera correctly,
like the camera was monitoring an area that is too far away for a person to have
enough pixels to be detected. In order to resolve this issue, I have setup
workshop to walk through all the limitation that our system has and making sure
our clients fully understand them.

Across my career, I've been focusing on reliable, user-focused systems. I'm
excited about bringing that mix of experience to Canva to make complex
technology simple.

Thank you for the question. I have been working as a data engineer for a
combined total of three years, working closely with business leaders and
engineers at different enterprises. where my main focus and speciality was in
building reliable data pipelines that supports business decision making. I also
have experience running a solo consultancy firm, where I have had the
opportunity to consult and build end to end data products for businesses, which
has allowed to be explore and hone my leadership, and communication skills on
top of my technical expertise. Above all. in addition to the skills  I have
learnt over the last three years, my experience in academia, especially as a
consequence of my PhD research, I have a strong preference and a proven track
record  in delivering complex analytical tasks.  All of the above essentially

3.Connect with manager for performance feedback and take advice how to be more
proactive 
4.Open for constructive feedback
5.Communicate with team member and offer help to them if they face any issue
6.Asking questions on team mettings and task and idea discussion
7.If i block with any task try to unblock it asap,if i depend on some specific
person and that person is not avialable i put my questions on specific channel
and try to unblock myself with other avialable person on the team.
