I am a senior leader with over 19 years of experience in data analytics, Product Strategy and innovation.  I have published thought leadership articles on using AI to Solve Energy Transition and Debt Reduction.  My past experience includes successful product strategy and go to market strategy initiatives in Supply Chain Risk.  I am passionate about innovation and have led two significant projects, one in ESG Market Trend Forecasts and the other in ESG Supply Chain Forecasts with a focus on leveraging AI / Machine Learning for sentiment analysis and LLM's.

Thank you for the question. I have been working as a data engineer for a combined total of three years, working closely with business leaders and engineers at different enterprises. where my main focus and speciality was in building reliable data pipelines that supports business decision making. I also have experience running a solo consultancy firm, where I have had the opportunity to consult and build end to end data products for businesses, which has allowed to be explore and hone my leadership, and communication skills on top of my technical expertise. Above all. in addition to the skills  I have learnt over the last three years, my experience in academia, especially as a consequence of my PhD research, I have a strong preference and a proven track record  in delivering complex analytical tasks.  All of the above essentially package me up as  an ideal candidate for this role.

3.Connect with manager for performance feedback and take advice how to be more proactive 
4.Open for constructive feedback
5.Communicate with team member and offer help to them if they face any issue
6.Asking questions on team mettings and task and idea discussion
7.If i block with any task try to unblock it asap,if i depend on some specific person and that person is not avialable i put my questions on specific channel and try to unblock myself with other avialable person on the team.
