  • Support portfolio planning and management, continuous pipeline management, capability planning and execution, portfolio realization while building standards/methods.
  • Work with Cross-functional Partners to deliver projects from initiation through close within supply chain and operation functions.
  • Implement program & change management frameworks, processes and templates “right-sized” for speed, scale, and seamless implementation (throughout the program cycle: design, plan, implement, stabilize, transition, close, and after-action).
  • Ability to connect the dots from strategic planning and building a portfolio to projects and benefit realization and be able to communicate and support and maintain the methodology to manage new capabilities and strategies.
  • Lead with change management thinking and incorporate into project plans through the life of the project including communications, understanding change impacts, roadshows and training.
  • Foster broad cross-functional collaboration and alignment within FRL and Meta to drive communication, integrated planning and execution. Leverage organizational expertise and bandwidth.
  • Conduct process improvement initiatives as it relates to project scope. Ensure sustainability in new processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation of current and future state.
  • Initiate projects by working with broad cross-functional or functional team members to develop business cases and gathering stakeholder support.
  • Understand the end-to-end business process, operations and identify and understand issues, risks, and opportunities.

Skills/Qualifications required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in product lifecycle management (PLM) and bill of materials (BOM).
  • 8+ years of proven experience initiating and executing highly cross-functional projects and programs, including technical application solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies to deliver technology and business solutions on time and within budget.
  • 5+ years of experience leading extensive cross-functional workshops.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies to deliver technology and business solutions on time and within budget. Work with extensive cross-functional teams within FRL and Meta (including tax, trade, finance, procurement, security, legal, IT, trade ops) to enable capabilities to scale the business in a sustainable way.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting process improvement assessments and implementations and driving qualitative and quantitative improvements.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, & Word.
  • Consumer electronics industry experience.
  • Experience designing, establishing and managing portfolio planning and management within growing, matrixed organizations.
  • PM/Change Management certification.
  • LEAN certified.

  • Entry-level salary :USD 130,000.
  • Senior positions: USD 286,000. 
  • Median salary: USD 200,000 with the base component being USD 140,000, stock component being USD 40,000 and bonus being USD 20,000.

Meta Project Manager : Phone Screen

Overview

The recruiter screen is followed by a telephonic interview, known as the phone screen. This interview is conducted by a hiring manager and a project manager. This interview is roughly 1 hour long. Here, the questions test your project management skills, and your behavioral aptitude. Also, role-specific questions may be asked from areas such as supply chain management, operations management, change management, and more.

 The behavioral questions will test your motivation for the role and various aspects of your personality. Overview

After clearing the phone screen, you will be set up for the on-site interview, which is a full-day event. It comprises 4-5 interviews, each lasting about 45 minutes.
