I am a results driven PM @ Microsoft driving user experience of a Notification product who is deeply passionate about solving customer problems, driving ideation while collaborating alongside UX / Design / Engineering and incorporating results from testing and customer feedback. I have experience driving Retention, Adoption, User Experiences and NPS. My Aha! moment for pursuing Product Management came while driving wildly successful 0-1 Claims Center at Gallagher Basset where I realized I loved collaborating cross-functionally and strategically aligning customer needs with business goals. I attained 60% adoption within 2 months of launching Claims Center B2B SaaS product saving Gallagher Basset about $1M in revenue loss / year. By continuing self-learning and honing my product craft at Walmart, Cox Automotive, I finally joined Planoly, a 40 people company, where I drove digital marketing product helping SMMs and Influencers plan, organize and auto-post their digital content to social platforms. In just 3 months at Planoly, I increased Adoption by 30% through Sign-up flow optimization, improved retention by 10% through release of Hashtag Management, ideated 3 products that defined a 8 months roadmap, and influenced a mini-Design Sprint approach that, to my surprised, was immediately recognized by the President and adopted across the organization. I enjoy coaching Product Management concepts to people which is why I teach PM Bootcamp at UT Austin and sub as a lecturer at UNC-Chapel Hill and UColumbia. I also mentor product professionals prepping for their interviews. Some of those have landed their gig at Facebook and LinkedIn. Many have noted that my feedback is the most detailed they have ever obtained and has been extremely actionable and useful.
