The expert was professional yet friendly. He was very good at helping me when I asked, but also allowing me to work through problems myself. I felt at ease and relaxed and I had a very positive experience. The mock interview was easy to setup, and I was matched with an interviewer quickly. The mock interview itself was very helpful in that it highlighted important areas I need to strengthen before starting a formal application process.

I really appreciate your thoughtfulness and time! I think that architecture and system design interviews are pretty daunting to prepare for. Being able to discuss them with a real person is huge. Being able to discuss them with a knowledgeable person from the company you're interviewing with is invaluable. Writing code can be mocked (to some extent). System design MUST BE PRACTICED FOR REAL. This has really helped target my interview prep.
