I spent 3.5 years as an SDE3 at Amazon—where I worked on tier 1 services with millions of requests per minute, drove cross-team architectural initiatives and and worked closely with Principal Engineers and Product Managers to define long-term tech visions. I recently started as a Staff Software Engineer at LinkedIn. Throughout my career, I’ve conducted more than 200 interviews (both real and mock) and have a solid understanding of what it takes to stand out, particularly at senior or staff levels. Leading with empathy is important to me, and I’m passionate about mentoring other engineers in tech. During our sessions, I usually keep 45 minutes for a realistic interview simulation, followed by 15 minutes of thorough feedback.
