Effective workload management for me involves strategic delegation and a focus on skill development. I start by assessing the skills and strengths of each team member and delegate tasks accordingly, ensuring that each task is matched with the right expertise. This not only optimizes productivity but also helps in developing the team's capabilities.

I also prioritize mentoring and coaching as part of my workload management. By investing time in training and skill development, I empower team members to take on more complex tasks and responsibilities, which enhances overall team performance and reduces bottlenecks.

So for my current role we move in a very fast paced environment, and we brainstorm new ideas everyday on how to make our workflow more efficient and more reliable, which can definitely get overwhelming over time.
