I would first comprise a list of requirements and cross-functional partners,
such as other pods that may have a similar feature, the engineers i'd be working
with, and the business team responsible for this project. I'd schedule meetings
with them to socialize the project idea and gather information, any past data
points, any research completed, or even wireframes of designs- then come up with
my list of questions for necessary business requirements. I'd want to understand
the timeline of the project to figure out how much time I have for conducting
research, user testing, wireframing, socializing and reviewing the designs with
all partners, as well as understand any dependencies that our dev teams would be
working with.
