My first priority would be user acquisition. Data shows that has the greatest
correlation to revenue growth, so the two are tied together. Next, I would focus
on revenue growth in the form of profitability. So, once significant customer
base is established, we can then focus on reducing costs and improving margins.
Upsell would come last, when there are no more clear opportunities for
acquisition and profitability. Maximizing LTV is important, but can be focused
on last after all other revenue opportunities have been exhausted.

All are important aspects of the business model. I believe that upsell is the
most valuable. By focusing on upselling products or features this will allow for
revenue growth. Making the feature of the upsell lucrative and appealing this in
turn will generate new users who have heard of the benefit of the upsell.
