My goals for the next five years will focus on growth, learning, and
contribution.
First, I will continue developing my expertise in Program and Operations
Management by gaining more experience in different markets, leading larger
teams, and managing more complex projects.
Second, I plan to take some online courses that I have seen on the MIT website
to learn more about AI and machine learning. I think these technologies will
have a huge impact on many industries, so I think is important to get ready for
it.
Finally, I’m passionate about teaching, so I would love to start mentoring and
coaching other PMs, especially junior Program Managers to help them to develop
their careers. I also see myself leading a group of Program Managers able to
launch new technological products to the market.

Data Privacy space, so that I can be more effective in delivering data science
insights and products, yet not compromising on data security.

Having a long-term goal clearly set, breaking it down into near-term goals helps
visualize our progress and what is expected on a day-to-day basis. By hitting
the near-term goals I'll understand and grasp the depth, gain insights from the
stakeholders, and would be able to achieve the long-term goal. setting near-term
goals also help analyze trade-offs along the way

When working on a Project proposal and during the research phase, I ensure I ask
all key stakeholders the following questions, What is you 5 year vision for this
project or what are some major org. objective you would like to satisfy.  Once I
have a clear idea on what the teams and orgs long term goals are. I ensure that
with every goal/objective/milestone I set, I am taking a step towards meeting
long term org. goals. For instance, while working as a recruiter, I ensure I ask
functional managers as well as my XFN partners questions such as- how much does
your team plan to grow within the next years, what is the scale of the product
you are working on to get a better understanding of the volume the recruiting
will need to produce and that helps me decide a strategy, prioritize efforts,
distrabute workload all so we meet long term goals.,
