Users:
Abled - Who are healthy - Childs, Elders
Disabled - Handicapped & Blind
Assumptions:
We should be charging people because of capex investment
We have placed this device (availability of this device is limited)
Targeted Persona:
Handicapped from Rich segment
Problems/Concerns:
Safety
Security
Usability: Operating/Interacting with the device: Booking/Reserving to Getting down at destination
Solution:
App that can help them with reservations (besides seats on the device, a taxi to take them from their current location to the location where they can teleport from).
Because they are handicapped, it should actually be voice controlled via all the applicable smart devices (such as Fitbit, Google Home, ...etc) that supports ambient computing.
How will you select the destination?
Limit the destinations to 2 (Paris and a Hospital that has best set of doctors) in the first iteration - In Phase#1
Because Google is trying this new product for the first time, we can test the waters by launching it selectively in v1.
Why not London/Bangalore:
Due to current economical condition of UK, the assumption is, there may not be many people who could afford the cost.
GTM Strategy:
Recognizable/Known place such as a Mall with Supporting mechanism such as wheelchair. Partnership with a Mall at center of city
Google should also invest in Partnerships with cab/taxi
