In my previous organization, there was a period when my supervisor was
unavailable for several weeks. During this time, I stepped up to lead the team.
I took the initiative to ensure that work was evenly distributed among team
members and offered assistance to colleagues whenever needed. Utilizing open
communication, I encouraged discussion to understand each team member's
perspective and ensure alignment towards our common goal. This experience
reinforced the importance of adaptability and effective teamwork in achieving
objectives, even during periods of transition
