I have defined KPIs to my team that are aligned with both company goals and SMART goals for each individual. Tracking in regular intervals against the new features released, planned budget, in time deliverables, and counting on the bugs, customer issues, pager duties, with these metrics we are able to measure the team's performance and continous feedback on the sprints , retrospections help to evaluate the performance on regular basis. When there are discrepancies against the goals defined I have an open dialogue, collaborating with team to employ new strategies per circumstances, faciliating appropriate trainings on functional and technical aspects, taking help from stakeholders helped to improve my team's performance.
