Team building activity is a crucial part of any project which ensures team
members are open and well connected to each other and have a sense of empathy
when they work on the project.
Team building activities improves team collaboration and improves trust within
team which helps team for day to day activities and also improves project
delivery as team is aware and understands other member. I always utilize company
planned activities for team building activity and also try to come up with few
approach  for retrospective meetings where we plan for new  games like 3 L's ,
emoji response, starfish which energize team and also helps team to connect and
work in friendly manner.
Team building activities significantly improves team work culture and also helps
them to enjoy work.

Team buidling activities are very important , they are the things that often get
less emphasis but are very much required do develop trust , transparency and
progress within the team som of the team building exercise that I incorporate
are : 
1. Hackethorns :  I encourage my team to take part in hackethroms and even
coordinate hackethornes . It help my team in improving there problem solving
skills , improve there thought process and even help them to own the stuff and
convert what ever you are thinking to convert it into something . It removes the
resistance that team member faces that what will happen if I propose this
solution and promotes collaborative culture.
2.  Brain storming and Technical Design Presentation : These are another very
important team building activity that we focus on where complete team comes
together discusses various ideas there drawback and creates an atmosphere of
learning and transparency.
3. Team outing and  Dinner : apart from work I like to go out with my team on
outing like sports cafe , team dinner as this helps in developing trust within
the team , even promotes openness and a team with trust and openness can do
wonders
