Success is a deeply personal and multifaceted concept, varying significantly from one individual to another. For me, success encompasses a harmonious balance between personal fulfillment, professional achievement, and meaningful relationships. It means pursuing passions and interests with dedication, achieving set goals, and continually growing both intellectually and emotionally. Professional success is about contributing positively to my field, feeling a sense of accomplishment in my work, and continuously learning and evolving.

On a personal level, success involves maintaining strong, supportive relationships with family and friends, ensuring a healthy work-life balance, and cultivating a sense of inner peace and happiness. It also includes giving back to the community and making a positive impact on others' lives, whether through volunteer work, mentorship, or simply being a kind and empathetic person.

Ultimately, success is not a static destination but a dynamic journey. It involves resilience, adaptability, and the ability to find joy and meaning in both achievements and setbacks. Success, therefore, is about living a life aligned with my values, aspirations, and the pursuit of overall well-being.

Success could be measured in multiple ways, it depends on the goal, for example if I have team member who wants to move to next level and shows interest, I will work with him or her to set goals, like what he needs to do in the next 6 months or 1 year in order for me to help him move to the next level, once all that is done and this guys moves to next level I would consider that as success
Another way is that if i have set up a goal to increase dev velocity by 20% and then will create a road map with some milestone to measure where we are, if I am hitting those goals obviously thats a success, but lets say we have not been able to hit the goal but we learnt few things out of it and have changed our strategy, that is again success

הצלחה מבחינתי היא עמידה ביעדים שהוגדרו. הגדרת יעדים זה אחד החלקים המשמעותיים של כל משימה או מוצר חדש. הם נגזרת של יעדי הארגון והאסטרטגיה שהוגדרה. 
לאחר תהליך מלא של מחקרי משתמשים, מחקר שוק ובדיקות דאטה פנימיות, הייתי מצפה שהיעדים שהגדתי יהיו מאתגרים אך ברי השגה באמצעות הגדרת צעדים לעמידה באותה יעדים. במידה וכל התהליך בוצע בצורה מקצועית ויסודית והיעדים הוגדרו נכון, עמידה בהם תחשב כהצלחה שכן זה אומר שהצלחנו לייתר אימפקט אמיתי ללקוחות / שותפים שלנו ולהזיז את המחוג.
