1. Health - If you are doing fine - For that you need to be physically active
and eat good food

2. Financial Freedom - Having enough money to achieve FIRE and work on projects
you are interested in.

3. Personal connects - Having good social connection and getting to spend time
with your loved ones and able to attend all those events.

4. Work success - Whatever you are doing is giving you meaning and you are able
to give your 100%.

Success could be measured in multiple different factors. An engineer or a
resource would be performing very well in the team, stupendous technically but
their relationship with the team should also be desirable. They should be open
to collaborate, have good relationship, trust with the team, help cross
functional team for collaborating with multiple business teams. Should be able
to understand the problem providing right solution at right time, mentoring
others in the team and always posses the ability to communicate with at most
clarity. 
All of this is a 360 degree feedback that one could be considered successful
working in an organisation.

Success could be measured in multiple ways, it depends on the goal, for example
if I have team member who wants to move to next level and shows interest, I will
work with him or her to set goals, like what he needs to do in the next 6 months
or 1 year in order for me to help him move to the next level, once all that is
done and this guys moves to next level I would consider that as success
Another way is that if i have set up a goal to increase dev velocity by 20% and
then will create a road map with some milestone to measure where we are, if I am
hitting those goals obviously thats a success, but lets say we have not been
able to hit the goal but we learnt few things out of it and have changed our
strategy, that is again success

It also means never stopping learning and improving, so I don’t get stuck in the

הצלחה מבחינתי היא עמידה ביעדים שהוגדרו. הגדרת יעדים זה אחד החלקים המשמעותיים של
כל משימה או מוצר חדש. הם נגזרת של יעדי הארגון והאסטרטגיה שהוגדרה. 
לאחר תהליך מלא של מחקרי משתמשים, מחקר שוק ובדיקות דאטה פנימיות, הייתי מצפה
שהיעדים שהגדתי יהיו מאתגרים אך ברי השגה באמצעות הגדרת צעדים לעמידה באותה יעדים.
במידה וכל התהליך בוצע בצורה מקצועית ויסודית והיעדים הוגדרו נכון, עמידה בהם תחשב
כהצלחה שכן זה אומר שהצלחנו לייתר אימפקט אמיתי ללקוחות / שותפים שלנו ולהזיז את
