I would first describe the problem we're trying to solve in simple language.
Then, I would give a high-level overview of what the ML algorithm does to
provide some context, but not confuse with too much technical detail. Then, once
I've set up the context, I would provide results in terms of business impact.

I would want to understand what parameters the stakeholders are looking to
optimize for. I would also want information about the technical understanding of
the stakeholders. Considering that I have this information, I would communicate
with tech stakeholders with ML evaluation metrics which give a comparison
between multiple models. With the non tech stakeholders, I will be specific
about the optimization parameter and explain the results with examples within
the dataset.
