Situation:I led a project to revamp the fulfillment process for an eCommerce

Task:My task was to redesign and optimize the fulfillment process to improve
delivery speed and accuracy. This involved integrating new technologies,

 1. Assessment: I began by conducting a thorough analysis of the existing
    fulfillment process, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
 2. Solution Design: I worked with cross-functional teams, including logistics,
    technology, and customer service, to design a new fulfillment strategy. This
    included implementing advanced warehouse management systems, automating
    inventory tracking, and optimizing order routing.
 3. Technology Integration: I led the integration of a new order management

One of my most significant achievements was leading the development of a switch
new product line in responsible to the market demands caused by the COVID-19
pandemic.
As remote work became the new norm, the reliable and high-speed networking
demand increased for home and small office (SOHO) dramatically.
However, the existing network switches were primarily designed for enterprise
data centers, offering 5G or 10G speeds.
These solutions were not only costly but also exceeded the practical needs of
SMB users, making them an impractical choice for many. Additionally, the rise of
online gaming, high-speed streaming, and cloud-based application required
faster, more stable network solutions.
I identified this market gap and lead the development of a new 2.5GbE switch
product line. My objective was to design a high-performance and cost-effective
solution tailored to the small businesses and home users requirement. This
required to strike the right balance between speed, stability, and
affordability.
To ensure a successful product launch, I first conducted market research and
customer needs analysis to identify key trends, Through data analysis, I
realized that existing 5G/10G switches were too expensive and deployment
complexity made them impractical for home and small office users. This created a
clear opportunity for a more affordable and user-friendly alternative.
With these insights, I am responsible for analyzed market requirement and
developed the product strategy and defined specifications, and designed multiple
use cases tailored to different environments, such as small businesses, creative
studios, and remote offices applications like video editing, cloud backups, and
virtual machine environments.
To ensure product could deliver a high-speed and stable network, easy deployment
with plug-and-play function to optimize cost and performance while providing a
more affordable solutions, to ensure that technical solutions align with
customer needs.
Additionally, I led the entire product lifecycle, from pre-concept to defining
product specifications, NPI, mass production to end of life.
I collaborated with R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure product
development smoothly. Through proactive risk management and progress tracking, I
ensured on-time delivery while balancing cost, performance, and scalability.
As a result, I successfully planned 6 new switch product within one year,
balancing performance, cost, and ease of deployment.
Making the company's first product line for high-speed switches specifically

Our contract was 42 M - with a program team of 37.
task was to move 25+ apps to cloud from on-prem, As the Program Manager, I was
managing PMO team, Product Dev team, O&M Team & Shared Svs Team. 
1st thing when I took over the contract, I met with the transition team,
performed the current state analysis, and hired an Enterprise Architect, created
an entire EA diagram that showed the dependencies between various systems, data
flow, data architecure for each system.  created teams that would be well suited
for each task, got the different cloud providers to come and give presentation
and cost breakups, went over the budgets with the various cross functional
Branch Chiefs & CIO - got approvals to choose a cloud provider.
Chose AWS - did the analysis of what to re-host, re-platform, refacotor or
retire - made a check list of those - next met with the branch chiefs and CIO to
create a framework of Metrics & KPIs to track while these migrations are going
on, and the get a sign-off on the acceptance criteria.  Once we have the metrics
& KPIs track for we employed SeriveNow to create a Dashboard so the Senior
management can have  a complete end-to-end visibility on the progress.  This
helped reduce the anxiety on budget, progress and communication 
Result - The whole digital transformation was an amazing sucess, I received
awards from CIO, our company contract was extended for 5 more years, I was
promoted to Program DIrector from Senior Program Manager.

I am dedicated to engaging in the issue and served as the primary point of
contact across 6 projects, to drive the issue from troubleshooting to
resolution.
First step, I collaborated with RD teams and SSD vendors to conduct the issue
isolation. We adopted some methods which like:
 * To install SSD on different platforms (Intel & AMD) and run cycling tests to
   check if the issue occurred across all systems or not.
 * To Reflash or rolled  back the BIOS and SSD device firmware to previous
   version.
 * Performed other test items (like: AC and cold boot) to see if the same issue
   occurs.

Both purposes are to identify if the issue has platform or FW dependency or not
and try to narrow down the root cause.

Second, I consolidated the debug process and methods analysis results across a
total of 12 test systems from 6 projects, and proposed the next action for
debugging strategy to accelerate for issue analyzing, and took ownership of
technical communication with internal and external stakeholders, provided the
issue report and presentation to ensure the consistent communication with
customers and vendors to keep all stakeholders aligned with issue status,
potential risks.
Third, I provided the mitigation plan and risk assessments to customers in
advance, in order to reduce the impact to our development progress.
On the other hand, I proactively coordinated with the customer and
cross-functional teams to obtain an additional four SSDs.
This ensured that the RD team could immediately proceed with validation using
sufficient resources, allowing the process to run smoothly and improving overall
efficiency.
As a result, successfully accelerated the debugging progress, ensuring an
efficient validation and deployment process. identified the root cause and
implemented an SSD solution.
Led 6 projects ensuring the timely shipment of 2,000 units, which were delivered
two weeks ahead of schedule, successfully meeting the project timeline goals.
