I have been criticized in the past for providing too many ideas around my
projects and taking on too much at once.

The most common thing for which I have received push back or criticized for is
that the developers do not realize the need for us to adopt innovative ,
efficient methodologies like CI/CD approach or the need to run their unit tests.
But time and again I have made it very clear that I will not accept their code
and it will not get released to validation team without this. I am also
criticized for emphasizing on documentation. As engineers, most coders do not
stress on this and this creates a lot of chaos in our execution.

During initial days of my career, i used to take a lot on myself and was
reluctant to delegate as i want it to be the best quality. I realized it as
bottleneck for my carreer and took this feedback and started delegating the work
as appropriate by setting clear communication, expectations creating dashboard
and ghantt charts. This helped even my collegues to grow in their position and
gave me an expsore to train junior PMs.

The most common criticization I face for pressing the importance of quality
delivery and my rejection of approvals when project delivery does not met
expected quality standards. Giving importance to the Quality is my main
criticized point in my career.
