can bring the process and improve the team efficiency. The one example for the
problem, in one of our projects, the deadlines were not meeting and the reason
was the feedback loop for the designs and the designer was occupied in the many
projects. as an immediate step I asked them to use a common channel to give the
feedback on the designs and have a common meeting so that we all are aware of
the issues and things would be transparent. It could expedite the process. I
also discussed withe the CEO about having a dedicated designer so that we can
deliver things faster.
