The first one would be creativity; the ability to think outside the box and imagine a different way to conduct a specific procedure has allowed me to imagine and create new tools that have completely changed the way we process certain cases, which has allowed my team to get rid of a backlog and increase the number of processed cases.
The second one would be that I am helpful; every time a colleague asks me for help, I have done my best to help them. For example, even though it is not in my duties, I help the UK team to select their agents. This has created personal bonds and a general atmosphere of collaboration in the team; thus when I need their help or advice, they were always quick to provide it, which has helped our team progress in complex tasks such as the creation of tools.
The third one would be positivity; I rarely complain, and I feel like this encourages colleagues who feel down to achieve their goals.
