The accomplishment that i am most proud of is leading the development and launch
of Order Service API at my previous company . The project is significant to me
due to technical challenges we faced , the skills i applied and the substantial
impact on the company’s operation
At the time , our ecommerce platform was hindered by monolithic architecture and
outdated order management system which led to inefficiencies and frequent
failure.'I was entrusted with the exciting challenge of developing a new Order
Service API that could handle order creation, inventory fetching , product
details while also integrating 3rd party tools for communication . We updated
the programming language and underlying architecture to scale the platform and
manage it  and integrated with 3rd Party apps .One of the major challenges was
to maintain backward compatibility and ensure the new platform works hand in
hand with existing platform and manage real time data effectively.After months
of rigorous development and testing and iterative improvements based on user
feedback we successfully deployed the API . The new system streamlined order
management , provided real time order tracking and automated communications with
customers. It resulted in 30% reduction in order processing and significant
decrease in customer complaints . It was a great learning opportunity that
challenged my technical and leadership skills and positive results validated the
value of using latest technology

During my career I manage a large number of projects, but one of the most
challenging ones was the development and launch of a Telematic Control Unit for
an important car maker in Japan. The project is important to me due to technical
challenges we faced, the skills I applied and the impact on the company.
As Program manager my role was to lead a cross-functional team including Design
Engineers, SW Engineers, Operations teams, Material procurement teams, quality
and logistics, among others to successfully launch the product to mass
production.
First, I kicked-off the project. For that, I shared with the team the project
scope, the goals to achieve, I shared the project plan with key milestones and
defined the roles and responsibilities for the different team members.
During execution, to maintain a clear communication, I set up design review
sessions with the entire engineering organization to ensure everyone was aligned
and fixing potential issues in advance. Besides, I led a weekly core-team
meeting where we assigned tasks to team members, and setting clear deadlines for
each task. To make these tasks easier to manage, I made sure tasks were broken
down into manageable sizes with clear descriptions and acceptance criteria. This
helped the team to stay focus on their deliveries and maintain speed.
Another important part was to manages Risks. I worked with the team to identify
and classify possible risk that might impact to the project deliverables. We
defined a Risk matrix to monitor during the development process, and also a
project board with the main KPIs to achieve during each stage of the project.
To ensure quality, we defined different testing processes focused on the design,
and the process. We installed specific quality check for the documents and
devices delivered for each of the milestones of the PDP, as well as a clear
quality control in mass production.
Finally, for transparency, I reported on monthly basis to our company leaders
and customer about the project status, focusing on Timing, cost, quality and
scope.
By employing these strategies, we successfully launched our module on time
matching with all the requirements defined by our customer. This was a great
example of teamworking, and taught me the importance of breaking down large
projects into smaller and easy to manage pieces. Transparent and clear
communication was also a great lesson learned. This approach helped me to
improve in leading teams through complex problems.

My biggest success was the first time I was able to identify a customer pain
point and along with team effort, take the idea from 0 to 1 i.e. from a
prototype to deployment for customers. This happened when I was working on
Shipment Creation & Planning at Pando. To use the product, admins took about 30
days t compete setups with required intervention from sales team. Hence the time
to value was quite high. I thought o myself that there has to be a better way. I
eat back to the drawing board, and sketched out a solution to give customers
customisable services/ workflows that they can setup by themselves without sales
intervention. I pitched the idea to upper product management, and presented it
in quarterly product planning to gain buy-in promising that it would bring down
the implementation time by almost 50%. We took it under implementation, and
business impact was significant. It did reduce implementation times for existing
client and we offered it as an add-on feature for new clients.

As a super development engineer, I successfully meet the KPi by conducting
minimum 7supplier audit as listed in the workbook. I have to check the supplier
availability, review supplier company profile and documents, the products
records that supplier ship to my company to plan my audit question and agenda.
After confirming, I will conduct the audit either remotely or in site as per
agreed with management and supplier. during audit, I will review supplier
company documents like procedure, the records, do the observation and interview
with auditees. If there is any concerns, will highlight to auditees to discuss,
to reach mutual understanding before making the finding decision. If the finding
is firm, then have to communicate with supplier and get their agreement. The
findings will require supplier to provide 8D capa report which will be captured
in my company system.
