At XYZ, during 1:1 a developer on my team said that he did not understand how ELK works and wanted to my advice on how to learn this technology. I saw this as a mentoring opportunity and assigned a Sr. Dev as he was subject matter expert on ELK to mentor this Dev. I also ensured that he was provided right resources so that he can learn on his own as well. The result was that this Dev was able to pick up on ELK stack and operate independently. I also followed up in the next few meetings to ensure that this dev was on the right track.
