My management or leadership style is primarily enabling team, providing space and scope for innovation, high accountability and long term thinking.
For most of the senior folks, they should be accountable, responsible and understand appropriate prioritization, including leader, avoid delays, outlining risk appropriately and keeping long term picture in mind.
When it comes to junior or mid level experienced folks, they might need more help, guidance, direction in building the long term thinking and driving new trends/ projects
At times you might need micro management when someone is not delivering and this usually happens when someone is underperforming or are too new and need more hand holding.
