-place myself a SWE in an environment conducive to my learning, something I’ve been really good at is knowing how to push myself to improve regardless of what the matter is, whether that be at work, or school, or in the gym, or a new sport. So when it comes to one of the biggest components of my life, which is my career, I want to be in a company surrounded by very talented people. Robinhood demonstrates exactly that, and so to actually connect this back to your question, when it comes to my long term goals I eventually want to become the best SWE that I could possibly be, and then when I reach that point, I want to become even better again. And robinhood aligns with that perfectly, because everything I know about the company indicates that it’ll be conducive to exactly that
