While I was working on digital transformation program my team was focused on
building the platform foronboarding the new product service however we were
dependent on an external team that was focused on building the test and dev
cloud environment to integrate to our platform framework . During our checkpoint
call we  were informed on the significant delay in delivering the environment
the team were behind the schedule this will impact out product launch and entire
project roadmap .
Therefore I was asked by the business leaders to step in and lead the cloud
platform environment and bring the project back on the track . This involved a
significant effort for me to talk to the business stakeholders , AWS enterprise
team , Solution architects , Dev Sec Ops and infrastructure team getting them
all onboard Scoping and putting a roadmap on the deliverables and working with
the AWS  team since there was no product owner I had to work closely in building
the feature + breakdown of the requirements ( user stories ) negotiating with
the business leader on the new timelines for delivering program requesting
additional resources and support to fastback the work efforts  and engaging with
the right cross platform team on their deliverables and putting a project
timelines right from inception to deployment . Conducted regular updates with
leadership on the progress of the program , and provided transparent
communication across all the tech partners on the communication and coronation
work . 
I was able to conduct regular meeting helping the tech team on the build
activities bringing and setting up the cross skill team together for building
the requirement .This helped me to work in ambiguity and accelerate or fast
track the teams progress and helping them deliver the project on time

Outside of the usual roles and responsibility, I had helped in creating a new
partner integration handbook for one of the products in my organization. The
handbook details information on the overall journey, relevant APIs, fields and
parameters used in the applications, consents and TnC, templates and files used
in the product. This helps any new member who joins the team, to get an
understanding of the product and the workflow of the user journey and requires
less hand holding when they pick up a new integration program.

I have also created a onboarding kit for my vertical, detailing the overall
journey, POCs and helpful links. This acts as a guide anyone who newly joins the
team to understand the different teams and products we cater to.
