The most important KPIs would be defect trends and customer satisfaction. For
example, if i am working a development project that requires the ability to
develop new technology and has a large integration scale, I am expecting a
downward defect trends to prove to me that the product is headed toward the
right direction and improving. The intrgration testing trends should also
reflect the same downward trend. If i am working on a improvement project for a
customer then I am asking for direct feed back on the improvments that the team
has implemented and the impacts that it has had for the customer
