* Collect past data sets and the outcome of the results from the data sets.
 * Plot a Graph Ex : a scatter plot which could give an idea how the data is
   spread
 * Bring  up a Machine Learning model in case of a tool and train it with the
   appropriate data sets.
 * Fine Tune the model, so that the results could be predicted with 70-80%
   accuracy at least
 * If trying to use  a document, we can use the various features for Excel
   Document to predict the  variance based on mean and median data
