What is the reason behind your search for a new job?

In my next role, I want to scale the impact I’ve had as a founder within a collaborative product team. I’ve successfully grown a brand, launched products, and solved complex problems under pressure — skills directly relevant to product management. For example, I led a 75-person research study using surveys, testing, and interviews. The feedback was fragmented, but by clustering responses I identified seven universal shades that became a top performer. That reinforced my problem-solving approach: take ambiguity, synthesize insights, and turn them into clear, data-driven decisions.

What excites me about Faire is applying those strengths with the rigor of frameworks and the collaboration of a talented team. I thrive at connecting vision to execution, rallying people around ideas, and delivering measurable outcomes. And Faire’s mission — helping retailers discover unique makers and stories — deeply aligns with how I’ve always worked: building at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and commerce

I graduated in May 2024 and recently wrapped up my role at Bright Mind Enrichment. It was a great experience, and I stayed through my agreed-upon commitment.  At this point, I’m looking for a full-time opportunity that offers deeper ownership, long-term growth, and technical mentorship—especially in a full-stack environment like Atlassian’s.

Two reasons -

1. I want to take broader responsibilities that being a senior product manager will allow me to.

2. I am looking to relocate to Gurgaon as my friends & family is based out of NCR only.

Do you want to me elaborate further on any of the pointers?

I am really grateful for my time in Bajaj Fiserv and the many learning opportunities I have had with working on varied financial products like EMI card, Credit card, onboarding process, the investment mall, home loan, personal loan. This has helped me grow professionally and personally as well. But now I am looking for more challenges and learning opportunities.  I believe working in Grow, in a  dynamic environment would allow to handle newer challenges and newer opportunities. and because Groww is moving towards a very similar financial domain that i have my skillset and experience in, i will be able to support them in their future endeavours.

I achieved the goal that I set in the beginning of my current job and I'd like to take new challenges.

Due to a Organizational level re-org my role became redundant and i have to find a new challenging role, where i can lead a team to ensure high quality products to be delivered.
