I’m looking for new challenges that allow me to generate impact and advance my
career. Meta’s values of focusing on the long term, generating great projects
and moving fast align well with my expertise and given the Meta products scale
there is a lot of potential for exponential impact.
In Fuchsia I solved complex problems by splitting them into smaller pieces that
are easier to solve, in Flutter I managed programs moving fast and in Google
Home I helped create great products like Chromecast. All this knowledge and
experience will be valuable for managing programs at Meta while focusing on the
long term and moving fast.

The current game I work on is going to severe downscaling as the game has found
product market fit but the market size is not large enough, so we are scaling
down opex to achieve profitability. This means no more expansion and basically
being in maintenance mode

I don't necessarily want career growth as much as I want to work on a growing
project where its best days are ahead of it rather than behind it
