Firstly I draft a a compelling job description with required and desired skills.
I get it reviewed with my recruiting partners and post it. Then I research for
few companies where I can find suitable candidates. Share that list to recruiter
alongwith few screening questions. I also broadcast that job in my network. If I
have multiple positions to fill in short duration then I work with recruiting
team to conduct pod interviews (1 day/week) is blocked for 5 hours so 5
candidates are interviewed in 1 day by 5 interviewers. I form the interview
panel made of diverse interviewers which represent our team's diversity. Before
interview, I conduct a pre-brief meeting to ensure that each interviewer has
their assigned focus areas so same question is not asked by multiple
interviewers to same candidate. I also ask for answer criteria to determine
avg/good/best candidates from each interviewer. After interview, I conduct a
debrief so review all feedback for a candidate and ensure that we agree on a
uninamous result.

First step is to generate an inspiring Job Requisition. I work with team members
to review the requisition to ensure the team is aware of the requisition and
understand that we have an opening so they might share with their network. I get
the requisition approved and share with our corporate sourcers. Then I socialize
the requisition with my network both internally and externally with linkedIn
etc. When we get resumes I invite the team to participate in the interview loops
even if its only shadowing to give them experience with interviewing.
