My hiring philosophy is best candidates for the job are those who will exceed the expectations for the job they are being hired for. Best performing employees collectively drive the performance of the company. So I look for candidates that have evidence of exceptional performance in their background, have motivation to do the job and a growth mindset. I also adhere to the value of diversity and look proactively for qualified candidates from underrepresented groups.
