Ohter than the standard technical evaluation like problem solving, coding skills
that one does in a company, I look for people who have demonstrated strong
ownership and bias for action from their experience. I also like someone who
uses good judgement on a day to day basis and talks about technical trade offs
they made. Secondly, I look for someone who is open minded and is deeply
interested in helping others succeed (basically future leaders)

 * Adding value to the team and company but not disrupting it.

Decision-making
 * Problem solving skills
 * Clear thought process
 * Matching skills and experience to the role guidelines
 * How are they performing compared to rest of the company at that role and
   level
 * How much training is needed
 * Cultural and team fit
 * Performance during the interview

•  ⁃ Companies core values might differ what the team needs differs. So I would
follow same structure but align with Apples core values for example: Innovation,
Simplicity in delivery and designs, exposure to user facing products and how
well they implement them, are they customer focused or not, environmental
responsibility, inclusion and diversity and privacy.
