In my previous role as Engineering Manager at Google I had the opportunity to manage multiple programs from discovery all the way to closing them. Managing the program for updating the build/test/release infrastructure for the Google Home Product Organization gave me the opportunity to define requirements, plan the program, collaborate with teams from engineering, product, test and security to drive the program to completion. This previous experience driving core infrastructure programs will help generate impact through program creation, execution and evaluation. Also in my previous role I had the opportunity to drive collaboration with multiple teams and communicate effectively to multiple stakeholders.
Managing multiple programs at Google also exposed me to the complexity of aligning priorities across multiple teams, moving fast and focusing on the long term impact while at the same time identifying risks and mitigating them.
The projects at Meta move fast and focus on the long term. This gives the opportunity to generate impact by building awesome things and advancing my career development.
