What do you see yourself doing in the next five years?

In five years, I see myself having significantly expanded my skills in [relevant areas for the role]. I'm excited to deepen my expertise in [specific skills] and take on more challenging projects that allow me to grow professionally. My goal is to become a go-to resource within the organization.

In today's circumstances, it is difficult to plan for 5 years, given that AI is changing the nature of jobs. But still, for the coming year I want to proceed to see myself as an expert in AI/ML from a business technology perspective. I also want to dive deep and see how much I can learn from an academic perspective. From there, I want to be an AI evangelist in the company, moving into internal AI advocacy identifying existing and future usecases I can optimise with AI. Then may be move into a larger AI advocacy role, where I can showcase our achievements in AI and make our company an optimum casestudy for AI.

I will understand the current Role and Responsibilities. I will upskill myself if any lagging and do continuous learning. I try to implement all my best practices in the current organization. I try to ensure the service operation doing best at levels. I will seek for good opportunity where i can show my skill on those role and take additional responsibilities.
