As a manager, I would evaluate the situation to identify the reasons behind the conflict and structurally approach each based on priority and make sure it aligns to companys policies and focused on bringing a cohesive team culture. I will then try to drouse the conflict by making all the parties understand each other's prospective and target the key triggers of conflict by finding a common solution. I would bring my listening skills, people management skills and analytical skills to table when I join.
