In 99acres when I had to improve the property posting form. I realised that lot
of listings were not getting photos and during the photos upload lot of people
dropped of. Initially I had some assumption that it could be because of photo
size issue or probably we were asking for too many photos and people were
getting frustrated. Then , when we spoke to couple of cutomers I learnt it is
when asked for photos, they drop off to click photos on their app and had tough
time to login on mobile or transfer to the desktop and upload the picture, hence
they never came back becuase of this firction.

So later we corrected with a measage on the photos section - "no photos no
problem, continue with your flow we will share a link later thorugh whatsapp to
upload your photos"

that potentiall saw an increase in the photos uploaded as well as prevented drop
off.
