I once analyzed a massive dataset of user interactions on a social platform to
identify engagement trends. By processing millions of posts and comments, I
found that short, visual content posted during evening hours had 30% higher
engagement rates. This led to recommendations for optimizing posting schedules
and content formats.

Being worked under Data and platform products, data analysis will come fall as a
bread and butter. One of the times, where I utilised a large set is to
understand the payment behaviour for devising the scaling strategies. I scanned
6 months data to understand three traits (Interaction, payment behaviour & 
intent). Post analysis I found out the intent for tier 1 city doubled increased
whilst payment dropped. This made me understood, we are able to attract new
customers but not entertain old ones.

I had to calculate the required HC to process weekly volumes 
So took volumes received data for last 12 months and calculated the no of hours
required to process those volumes with target AHT vs Achieved AHT .this helped
me arrive at the actual resource required to process the expected volumes
