For an internal product , I would measure customer satisfaction in my product
through a CSAT survey. Users can be presented with a single question of how
happy they are with the product and asked to share an answer on a scale of 1-5.
For an external product, I would measure NPS on a scale of 10 . In addition I
would also look at the DAU/WAU/MAU and compare WoW and MoM retention to see if
the users are coming back to the product and actually seeing value in the
product in addition to the survey. Using telemetry and qualitative feedback, I
will try to narrow down on the areas of friction for the customer to guide
product improvements.
