Flutter testing was an area that everybody complained about but nobody wanted to
assign resources to.
I investigated the testing objectives for iOS, Android, and Flutter Engine
Teams. Using that information I created a business case highlighting that a
collaboration of all the teams with the engineering productivity could make the
tests simpler to discover, run and debug.
I created a detailed planning organized with small tasks to land incremental
improvements and presented it to the different teams. The different teams agreed
to assign resources to work on the areas impacting them. iOS and Android teams
worked on improving logs collection, the flutter engine team worked on
implementing a command line application for discovery and executions of tests,
and the engineering productivity team worked on creating a new test framework to
standardize the way tests were created for the different platforms.
All the teams providing resources was a win-win situation, with everyone solving
the problems in parallel and a plan describing how all the pieces were coming
together to solve the problems everybody was facing.

highlights the scope and what is high-level timeline and what is the budget with
this I will also convey what is the area of the project with the deliverable
from that I need resource from their team and I will also present to them the
delivery timeline for the deliverable and cost allocated for it . This will help
