After much self reflection on what is important to me, I realized that the key to a fruitful career is matching your own values to your company. I value creativity. Also value collaboration in emerging markets. I believe we all have ot help each other. Myntra might be an e-commerce company but I see it as an important company that is providing e-commerce services to an emerging market in India; something I can be excited about. This passion will carry me far, make me work harder, and be proud of the products and services I help Myntra develop over time.
