I have served as a department technical training instructor, responsible for
researching new technologies in the server industry and conducting training
sessions to ensure that colleagues have a comprehensive understanding of new
technology applications.
Since they may had limited technical knowledge, I will understand my target
audience and to tailor my communication and presentation to ensure they
comprehended the latest technologies.

First, I break down the complex technology concepts in simple and relatable
terms to help colleagues quickly grasp the core functionalities of the
technology.

Next, I summarizing the key features and used visual aids such as graphics and
comparison tables to highlight the major differences and key advantages of the
new technology compared to the previous generation.

To deepen understanding, I incorporated real-world case studies to describe
these advancements on product design the impact, strengthening the connection
between theory and practical applications.

After structuring my presentation, I scheduled the training sessions to explain
the content in detail.
To ensure that my colleagues fully understood the new technology,  I actively
engaged with them by asking questions during the sessions to gauge their
comprehension. 
Additionally, I also encourage them to ask the questions or raise their opinins,
and I adapted my communication approach based on their feedback, continuously
refining my explanations for better clarity.

As a result, in the two training sessions I conducted, with a total of 600
participants, the team developed a comprehensive understanding of the new
technology. The sessions received highly positive feedback, and beyond just
knowledge-sharing, they also enhanced collaboration and engagement between me
and my colleagues.

There are broadly 2 type of communication styles in professional setting.
 Offline communications and online communication . Offline communications are
where one don't need in-person connection and can reach a wider base using tools
such as Emails/slack . i generally use the offline communications for my
project/program status update, key events updates, news letter that are shared
with external organisations etc. While online communication needs in-person
discussion with the individuals where one can communicate their thoughts in a
live setting, these kind of communications are effective to discuss the
scope/objective in project team and arrive at a shared vision, to resolve
conflict, to take decisions faster with leadership and handle escalations etc .
i use to have more in person discussion in form of daily connects with my team
to understand if they are stuck anywhere and if i can help or in weekly/monthly
discussion where i have an objective that i am trying to achive within the
meeting

i think about my audience and what i want them to learn from the conversation so
we can arrive at the right co-constructed decision. tha tmeans i communicate in
the tone thats strongest for me, first, then adapted in voice for my particular
colleagues. im consistent, but then meet them where they are or in the way
theyre most likely to engage.
