My goals for the next five years will focus on growth, learning, and
contribution.
First, I will continue developing my expertise in Program and Operations
Management by gaining more experience in different markets, leading larger
teams, and managing more complex projects.
Second, I plan to take some online courses that I have seen on the MIT website
to learn more about AI and machine learning. I think these technologies will
have a huge impact on many industries, so I think is important to get ready for
it.
Finally, I’m passionate about teaching, so I would love to start mentoring and
coaching other PMs, especially junior Program Managers to help them to develop
their careers. I also see myself leading a group of Program Managers able to
launch new awesome products to the market.

knowledge, taking on more leadership responsibilities, and contributing to
projects with large impact in people’s lives. I want to be part of an
environment that challenges me technically and allows me to provide innovative
solutions to complex problems.
Meta fits perfectly into my career goals for the next five years because of its
values of moving fast, creating awesome products and focusing on the long term.
 Meta’s emphasis in cutting edge work like the metaverse, AI and scalable
infrastructure aligns well with my technical interest and desire for impactful
work.
I see Meta as a place where I can step into a leadership role whether formally
or through mentorship and knowledge sharing with my colleagues. I’m excited
about the prospect of working with the best talent in the industry and learning
from them, which I believe will accelerate my growth.
Ultimately I’m looking to make a tangible impact both in the technology and the
people I work with. Meta offers the scale and collaborative environment to bring
