Solution - Add a feature in Ola/uber of scheduling a 2 way car wash session in
which a driver can select the slot of car wash from given time slots and price
of the shops in the app. He can also raise a request of having 15 mins for car
wash at this point of time with a specific budget(an amount will be suggested
based on general price) and the shops can pick it up on FCFS basis.
