Had to launch a pilot in an emerging market with limited resources and budget. Took the time to plan and understand the greatest opportunities in the market and prioritized them based on level of effort and impact we would have as a pilot team. Evaluated the risks and dependencies I had with other teams such as GTM and Sales and with a bias for action and informed prioritization executed where I could. This led to double digit growth +20% at the end of the year and secured the funding we needed to "go big" in it next year.
