1) if classification - check the class imbalance. Upsample the minor class
(random, to follow the distribution) or downsample the major class (iteratively
delete random one by one)

2) if regression-like - check the target distribution stats. Ideally we want
Normal or universal distribution.

3) in terms of the data itself - it must be collected at random and
independently (basics in experimentation setup for data gathering)
