This was about a fresher who I hired in my previous company as an ML engineer. During the interview I could see clarity of thoughts of questions asked. The candidate clearly had life long learning attitude. After he joined he quickly picked up important tasks in the team and within a year he showed exemplary performance. Every tasks which needed exploration he was the first to volunteer. He learned a lot during a year and was promoted to Senior engineer. He also covered backend development tasks later on and was promoted to Lead engineer. One feedback I provided to him was always to clarify the business needs before. He worked on that too and he is an asset to the team and company now.
