This was about a fresher who I hired in my previous company as an ML engineer.
During the interview I could see clarity of thoughts of questions asked. The
candidate clearly had life long learning attitude. After he joined he quickly
picked up important tasks in the team and within a year he showed exemplary
performance. Every tasks which needed exploration he was the first to volunteer.
He learned a lot during a year and was promoted to Senior engineer. He also
covered backend development tasks later on and was promoted to Lead engineer.
One feedback I provided to him was always to clarify the business needs before.
He worked on that too and he is an asset to the team and company now.

I was building a large team of 14 people and was looking for someone to start as
a SDE 2 but grow to an sde3 soon so a senior can candiadte, . During the
management round this one candidate stood out in terms of managing and leading
project and working with teams acrooss the department , thier this skill to
collabrate and unnblock themself and team helped the platform team to navigate
allingment and drive initative across multiple teams and reduce teams planing
time thus making the juniors more conformtable over the years he has grwon into
a manager role
