How and when do I get paid?

Prepfully issues payouts to bank transfers and Wise accounts.

Prepfully covers currency conversion and transfer charges for both mechanisms.

We also support PayPal, but only in exceptional circumstances (we migrated away from PayPal due to high and unpredictable fees imposed on recipients (2-6%); plus very unresponsive support).

We are rapidly expanding these though, so do check with us at support@prepfully.com if these mechanisms don't work for you, and we'll try to figure something out.

Payments are transferred to your preferred account as soon as we receive feedback from you for the candidate. Please do ensure you send this within 24 hours of completing the session. If for some reasons you're unable to make the timeline, please let us know at support@prepfully.com so we can manage expectations with the candidate. Candidates have requested refunds for sessions where they didn't receive written feedback, so if you consistently miss filling this out - we will be unable to issue payouts in situations where candidates have requested refunds.

We aim to initiate transfers within 24 hours of your written feedback being received. Transfers are usually instantaneous; however in some international transactions funds can show between 5-10 days to show up depending on the receiving bank. There is often also an additional delay of 1-2 days the first time we issue your payout, since we need to get your payout preferences set up in our system.
