The Prepfully Interview Package consists of multiple sessions conducted during the candidate’s interview process at the target company. The expert is asked to customise the session contents to the candidate’s needs at different stages. This package is meant to provide all-round intensive training and seamless support to maximize success rate. In addition, we connect you with the candidate over a Slack channel, where you would be expected to help them resolve any quick queries over chat.
As you are involved with the candidate’s interview process from start to finish, the package calls for a higher standard of commitment compared to a practice interview. For instance, a 5-session package can take anything between 2-12 weeks to complete.

What is expected of me in an interview package?

The total time commitment required depends on the number of sessions included in the package (5 sessions being the most common package). So you would be asked to commit about 5 to 7 hours, mostly spent in the sessions, with some small bits of extra time being spent in answering follow ups from candidates’ over chat.

How much time commitment is needed for an interview package?

The total amount depends on your current remuneration per session, number of sessions included in the package as well as the final decision on the candidate hiring process at their target company.

[Sample]: Interview package for Google PM: 300 USD, 5 sessions

Scenario 1
Candidate takes 2 sessions but is unable to pass the telephone interview.
They don’t need more sessions and cancel the package.
In this scenario, the candidate is refunded unused sessions, so the expert receives 120 USD

Scenario 2
Candidate takes all the 5 sessions, and goes till the onsite rounds, but unfortunately doesn’t receive an offer.
In this scenario, the expert receives 300 USD

Scenario 3
Candidate takes all the 5 sessions, and goes till the onsite rounds, and receives an offer.
In this case, the expert receives 300 USD + 60 USD (20% additional bonus) = 360 USD

The total amount depends on your current remuneration per session, number of sessions included in the package as well as the final decision on the candidate hiring process at their target company.


Your per session remuneration will be sent to you as soon as we receive the completed feedback form from you for every session. And if your candidate successfully passes the interview, you receive an additional 20% of the total package price as a bonus!
